At Drop Clips Official, we create and deliver high-quality digital products designed to enhance your creative workflow. As our products are intangible and instantly downloadable, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file is delivered, it cannot be returned.

✅ When We May Consider Refunds

We may offer a refund only under the following conditions:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.

• You are unable to download the file and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

• The product is significantly different from what was described (subject to verification).

• Once refund is approved it will take 5 days for the amount to get credited on customer's account.
